Open Call: Be Part of the InnLyte Creative Wellbeing Podcast
We are launching a new conversation at the intersection of hands-on creativity and mental health.
The InnLyte Creative Wellbeing Podcast is seeking researchers, creative facilitators, and industry experts to join us as guest speakers. We are looking for unique reflections, evidence-based insights, and powerful stories on how the act of hands-on creative expression supports human flourishing.
We want to hear from you if:
- You are a researcher bridging the gap between neuroscience/ psychology and the arts.
- You are a creative facilitator with a proven track record of supporting wellbeing.
- You have a unique, “hands-on” perspective on mental health.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English.
- A stable internet connection (recordings are remote video & audio).
- Prior experience in public speaking or podcasting is preferred.
If in doubt, please fill out the form – we want to hear from you.
Creative Wellbeing involves a conscious focus on using arts, creative expression and cultural experiences to reduce stress, improve mental resilience, and find clarity. It is an ongoing practice that prioritises the act of making over the perfection of the result, allowing us to explore our inner landscape without judgement.
