What is InnLyte

InnLyte (Inner + Light) is an award-winning digital guide to Creative Wellbeing. We believe that in the age of digital overstimulation and growing mental health crisis, there is a need for tangible, hands-on creative practices that help us to slow down, gain mental clarity and reconnect with ourselves.

About the Studio Series

Our first big project is the InnLyte Studio Series – short-form documentary films, exploring the link between creativity and wellbeing. InnLyte’s founder Dee Stoppa, visits professional visual artists and makers across Ireland to explore their unexpected creative and personal journeys to inspire simple acts of hands-on creativity. Season 1 is now available on our YouTube Channel @innlyte. You can also find us on Instagram and TikTok.

Meet the Founder

InnLyte was born from over a decade of focused work at the intersection of creativity and mental health. As a solo founder, Dee Stoppa has built expertise through real-world impact – from co-producing the Creativity for Wellbeing Workbook (sold out) in collaboration with Mental Health Ireland to independently publishing The Mindful Art of Linocut Printmaking (e-book).

Dee adds a unique voice to the emerging field of Creative Wellbeing. She pairs the intuition of a visual artist with academic credentials, holding postgraduate qualifications in Arts and Health (Pilot Group, NCAD) and Workplace Wellness (Distinction, Trinity College Dublin), alongside her work as a creative workshop facilitator and accredited Personal & Executive Coach (Kingstown College). This background allowed her to develop the Stoppa Framework™.

Dee’s mission is to define and build the foundations of Creative Wellbeing. She’s dedicated to moving this practice beyond a niche interest and establishing it as a credible, accessible pathway to mental health – helping people use their hands to find clarity and reconnect with their inner light.

The InnLyte’s solo founder Dee Stoppa shares the intimate, unscripted story of her ‘why’ in the first episode of her monthly solo podcast InnLyte Unscripted with Dee Stoppa. She opens up about the pivotal moments when painting, photography, and hands-on creativity became her essential lifeline through depression, separation, and intense family health challenges—the personal journey that became the foundation of the InnLyte mission.

InnLyte's Mission

To define and build the foundations of Creative Wellbeing. We bridge the gap between artistic intuition and mental health research, providing tangible tools and real-life stories that empower individuals to use the creative process for clarity, resilience, and self-discovery.

InnLyte's Vision

We envision a world where creativity is recognised not as a talent for the few, but as an essential health practice for everyone. We are working toward a future where engaging our hands to process our emotions is as fundamental to wellbeing as moving our bodies.
